It was raining heavily outside and the staff told me and my senior citizen uncle who is in a wheelchair that we cannot enter because the wheelchair will take up too much space. They let us get drenched in the rain outside and had absolutely no compassion. The rudeness and cruelty was unbelievable. The other customers were shocked and tried to persuade the staff to let us in. But the 2 staff nearly yelled at us to go away.
