I went there last night with my boyfriend coz the buffet at the Grand Cafe was full so the waiter suggested us to come here and have a try.Once we walked into this place you feel you've gone back to 1930's Shanghai and my mouth was dropped when the waiter took us to the table next to the window ....... the view is too beautiful !!!Then, we've ordered 2 dishes , one soup and 2 'lotus leaf rice' and followed by deserts. Their services were GREAT !!! On average they have one waiter only serving 2 t

When the bill arrives I'm expecting to be super , super expensive ..... but I was wrong. Only cost about $600 !! For such a nice view, great food and service I think is worth to have a try there .
