A bit weird that the menu is somewhat like a HKstyle restaurant (茶餐廳).
Lobster bisque ($145)
Without lobster inside, the soup is just perfect. There's ground lobster shell inside the soup, which can easily encourage its better taste.
Signature Ritz‐Carlton club sandwich ($228)
To me, signature is something special and confident. But finally it's normal stuff. Quite wired to call it as a signature.
U.S. Prime beef - Prime tenderloin ($648)
It's the highest quality beef in terms of tenderness, juiciness and flavor.
Roasted Portobello mushroom ($102)
the result is unfailingly juicy and fragrant, mushrooms' taste really goodService
Service was uniformly excellent and attentive. A wonderful dining experience. Will definitely return for the good view and services
