Walked in at 7:15pm with no wait time for dinner for a table of four. We were very lucky to come at that time because 15 mins later, there was a wait and there wasn't enough staff to serve all the customers. Very impressive, full on a Tuesday night.We ordered quite a few of the appetizers, some good and some not so good ~~ sorry for the fuzzy pics, my Blackberry camera sucks:The gyoza wasn't bad but the vinegar had no flavor, didn't even taste like vinegarBeef tongue was very salty and the beef

Beef tongue was very salty and the beef cubes were just too tough
Fried chicken gristle, too much batter and no flavor
Cold tofu was really yummy and the sea whelk is the same everywhere, it comes in bulk from a plastic container, not one of my favorites
Grilled squid was not bad, had that smoky flavor and not chewy so it was done just right
Pork bone udon had a very nice soup base and udon tasted good.
Pork chop and prawn combo was GOOOOOOOD, enjoyed it very much. Couldn't finish the rice but did have a refill of the cabbage
The only thing that was really disappointing was the service, not enough staff and it took forever to get our food.张贴
