i think the diu sum is not as good as before. it seems all are already made. we placed the order and the witer passed the dim sum to us within three minutes. the "skin" of turnip pastry is too thick. it is not hot enough. glutinous rice is so so. 鮮竹卷not hot enough. the sesame bun is good. It is the last to come and it is very hot. 椰皇雪蛤tastes like 燉奶. but it is only a "middle dim sum" costing HK$13. it is acceptable. five dim sum and it only costs about HK80. very cheap and valuable .
