This brand’s ship in Causeway bay is actually my favourite Japanese dipping ramen in Hong Kong. Was out in TST with a friend and she told me there’s this shop in TST as well so we went for a simple dinner. There wasn’t a long wait. The soup is very different from the Causeway bay shop, it’s much thicker and more salty, quite disappointing that I couldn’t even finish the whole ramen. Wouldn’t go back to this one again
