This place is very convenient because you will see it right after you leave the ferry. It's got great sea view and the design is very modern. I have to say the sushi set is at quite a reasonable price. I ordered a tuna sushi set which is $148 for five pieces of delicious tuna from Nagazaki. It contained five different types of tuna: Prime fatty, semi fatty, seared fatty, mixed tuna belly and just plain tuna. The presentation was nice and looked fresh. I have to say the sushi set is at quite a reasonable price. I ordered a tuna sushi set which is $148 for five pieces of delicious tuna from Nagazaki. It contained five different types of tuna:
Prime fatty, semi fatty, seared fatty, mixed tuna belly and just plain tuna. The presentation was nice and looked fresh. These tuna sushi tasted sweet and delicious. The texture was soft and smooth. I love the fatty tuna, it just melted in my mouth.
Lobster and seafood rice in soup:
I was amazed with this rice soup. The soup was sweet and full of seafood flavour, I finished everything. The lobster was meaty and crunchy. The rice was delicious, I think there were ginger inside which lifted up the flavour. The oyster and clam also tasted so good and fresh.
A sashimi set is a must at a Japanese restaurant, since I don't want to think anymore after work, I just chose a yamataka set which contained 5 different types of sashimi. The sashimi pieces were all in thick cuts, they were super meaty and smooth. Every piece was sweet and fresh which I can't take my mind off. I also ordered something extra, the Jumbo Hokkaido botan shrimp and salmon belly; they were big and chunky. The salmon belly was amazingly good! They were so yummy. The shrimp was so fresh and sweet! It was like the one I ate in Japan.
To finish off my meal, I got my favourite sea urchin maki. The presentation was different, it was in a rectangular shape. The seaweed was crispy and crunchy. There were lots of sea urchin! They were rich and smooth. I love it so much!
