We went to this Japanese restaraunt in Tsim Sha Tsui and tried its hand made udon noodeles my friend recommended to me. I didn't expect too much at first as I think it is indifferent to the other Japanese restaraunt I've tried before, but then the udon is totally out of my expectation. The texture of the udon noodles are so chewy and firm, and the soup is really delicious and they smell really good! And there are some vegetables on it. Overall, they are really good and yummy.
