>The texture of this gorgeous toro cut was very delicate with a delightful buttery flavor; so fresh that this raw piece was like melting in my mouth when chewing. Deeply adored by it's fascinating scarlet color
▪︎Spot Prawn/牡丹蝦
>This briny piece was super sweet and tasty. The translucency of the flesh was sparkling under the spot light
▪︎Cuttlefish/墨烏賊
⤴️ Surprisingly a delicious and sweet number. Tender, a little springy with fresh and creamy notes. Garnished with takesumi-jio and lime zest took the sashimi piece to another level

>This beautiful piece had lean, sweet and delicate attributes after a 3-day aging, with a signature red band underneath the skin and the icy white translucent flesh

>A sublime delicacy in rich gold color, uni had a nice creamy & buttery texture with briny and fishy mineral taste
