Went to Stanley today just to get away from the city. Seen this restaurant on TV before and wanted to try it long time ago. When we arrived at 3pm, it was just offering the tea buffet. It was very difficult to decide whether to eat tea buffet or a la carte. We chose tea buffet in the end as we wanted to come again and order by menu for dinner.The buffet didn't have much German food actually but it was delicious overall. The pasta was very nice, but they only offer 1 type of German sausage w
The buffet didn't have much German food actually but it was delicious overall. The pasta was very nice, but they only offer 1 type of German sausage which was a little disappointing. I love the different kinds of breadsticks, but would be better if there was a dip for it.
The restaurant and seating is comfortable as the ceiling is very high and also it comes with a nice view.
The drink menu was very comprehensive too with many choices of German beer. We ordered a malt beer which is definitely worth a try, female would also like it too.
I think for the price of the tea buffet, it's definitely worth it.
