Not sure where all the fame came from, but Tung Po definitely has the most average tasting food among all the Daipaidongs, let alone its ridiculous price. I could make a long list of similar stores that taste better and cost way less than this one.I was first greeted by shouts and yells by one of the rude servers at the restaurant who alleged me of sitting down at a table that was not ours. Then we sat down and started to order food. We had pork hock, clams etc. What I had that night was really not important and I don't want to bore you with my description of such mediocre yet expensive food. Their food is very overpriced. I didn't even care to take pictures because the food didn't taste as good as home food. Some food came and some didn't; we had to remind the servers many times.
Thumbs up for giving us ice cold bowls for beer though! At the bottom of the bowl, it says cheers in Chinese. Haven't seen this before and I think this is quite special!
