I have been craving for Japanese food for awhile and remember that my friend said there’s a good sushi takeaway shop in Tai Wai. I spent quite a bit to look for the shop and then realised it was right at the back of the building. After I ordered, it didn’t take long for it to be ready. The sushi platter looked so good. All the fish looked fresh and tasted sweet. They were soft and easy to chew. Rice was warm and marinated well. I love the sea urchin the most and that’s why I ordered them. They were not fishy and had a bit of sweetness.
I opened the two other boxes and realised I ordered two similar things. One is the salmon noodles and the other is the salmon salad. I always like the Japanese cold noodles with the sesame sauce. The noodles were stretchy and soft.
I love how the salmon salad is made up of cucumber stripes. I could smell the freshness once I opened the box. The stripes were cut in perfect size so they were easy to mix and eat.
The food were delicious and I definitely will go back again. Maybe next time I will sit in and eat.
