This place is pretty good. My wife and I got the spicy tsukemen and shared it. I ordered extra green onions because I often find myself wishing for something crunchy in my ramen. The broth was pretty nice. It had a distinctive fishy flavor to complement the pork bone broth, which was something different. The noodles themselves were up to standard, though they might have been the littlest bit too soft. They were also thicker than I am used to for ramen, but well within the norm.
Additionally, we got a bowl of rice to help mop up the broth as well as a portion of spicy fried chicken. Both were good calls. The fried chicken had a nice ginger flavor, and the rice seasonings were a good complement to the broth.
The decor is also really fun.
It also feels just a bit pricey compared to usual HK ramen prices.
Overall not a bad spot if you're in Wan Chai.
