Booked a lunch buffet at this place that was suppose to start at 12 noon, however arrived at 12:10 to find I needed to wait as their tables were full. A bit disappointed as I would have expected that a booked table would allow me to go in almost instantly. Had a baby stroller with me and the place does not have any disabled access so had to lift the stroller up the stairs. Seating was decent but not really designed for people who need to get in and out, and also not designed to seat any toddlers

Food selection was ok, but their dessert was limited to only two types of pudding and nothing else.
Overall experience was ok, but the service we got was not really to par.
A once off experience for me.
题外话/补充资料：
Don't bother with the sushi upgrade , also toilet use will require a key, and is not the cleanest.
