Cute dim sum but really had service

Decided to come to YumCha before going back to US in a weekday. My bf and I were excited with the place for all the cute dim sum pics and wanna give it a try. It was around 1PM afternoon time, there’s lot of empty table in the TST location, and since we are going back to the state on the same day, so we have a carry-on luggage and we asked for a table that Do Not need to share with others. (Again, they have lots of empty tables), but the server refused with a mean look, ok! So we have to squeeze

It was around 1PM afternoon time, there’s lot of empty table in the TST location, and since we are going back to the state on the same day, so we have a carry-on luggage and we asked for a table that Do Not need to share with others. (Again, they have lots of empty tables), but the server refused with a mean look, ok! So we have to squeeze in to seat with others in small table! That’s totally fine to share table! BUT! Why is the server have to give us a rolling eyes and being so rude !? We didn’t ask too much but just an empty seat without share ! Geez ! it’s the server’s attitude that pissed up off!! In addition to that, after we order the lunch set, we asked if we can keep the menu in case the food portionis not enough for us, he just basically say no in a mean tone and stare at us. Oh My F god, the way he talkes and his face expression didnt show respect ! And you are charging a 10% service fee and give such attitude? Seriously ? The food that come out looks cute but it doesnt taste good at all! Very disappointed! For example, the “睇住流奶” Is so dry inside and even we poke it there’s nth cane out !! Definitely will not recommended this place and will not come back !
