The place is too loud (noisy), may be due to the design with table too packed together. Not really a very good and relaxing social place as the name of the restaurant try to achieve.Washroom just next to their door to the kitchen, give us a chance to look how they operate inside. Not as tidy and clean as we expected.The presentation is cute, though the food is on average. I will give 3 for their taste and 4.5 for those lovely cartoon dim sum.
