What a cute and interesting bakery & cafe in Tsim Sha Tsui. Went there during tea time and ordered a Pineapple Bun. Coconut mousse & dacquoise salted mascarpone cream pairing with pineapple lime passionfruit jam. It's quite an unique experience, overall flavour is on point. The coconut flavour is not overpowering and it goes well with the passionfruit jam. Would like to try out their other pastries next time.
