I decided to try their Tsukemen and since curry is not a common flavor for Tsukemen, I decided to give it a try.It was nice that you can have many options eg. texture of noodle, amount of noodle, temperature of noodles etc.The dish came and there were good points yet also some points that could be done better.I chose warm noodles as it was still a bit chilly outside. The curry flavor of the soup was had a nice kick to it yet suitable for those who can tolerate only mild spiciness.
However, the consistency of the soup was not as viscous as I hoped for and the soup was not hot enough. Despite I already chose warm noodles and eat pretty fast, the soup was cool before I finished half the noodles, which was a bit disappointing.
