Love the garlic and spring onion inside the beef, as it gives each bite a really full flavour. The taste might be a bit dominating for some, but it kinda suits my preference. 😬

Eaten with fried garlic pieces, this one has a stronger beef tang and a more obvious texture. Both cooking methods have their distinctive styles and are equally good!! 😆
