Visited River Sichuan a while ago for their lunch menu. Their recipes seemed more traditional so we decided to revisit for dinner. Super spicy for all dishes, and ice cold beer as usual!Sichuan BeefGood amount of beef. Not over-tenderized and still maintained its texture. Other ingredients included scallion, bean sprout and thick potato noodles. Loved the chewiness of the noodles. Sichuan Beef
Good amount of beef. Not over-tenderized and still maintained its texture. Other ingredients included scallion, bean sprout and thick potato noodles. Loved the chewiness of the noodles. Well-balanced flavors.
Homemade Dumplings in Spicy Soup
8 big pieces of hand-wrapped pork and Chinese chive dumplings. Delicately seasoned meat mixture. Lots of chili powder in the soup.
They're also having a promotion on takeout homemade Sichuan sausages made with Spanish pork. Gotta try when I have the chance!
