Because it's so hard finding Tenren around where I live, I'm so glad that a branch decided to opened up near my hood. Now I can enjoy their drinks anytime of the day! I was walking around here after some grocery shopping.Their menu is offered both in English and in Chinese.Before ordering, I saw that they were selling these tea and brown sugar flavored snacks.I ordered their Taro Green Milk Tea ($24). I ordered their Taro Green Milk Tea ($24). It was simply delicious. I never knew they had a drink like this and I wish I knew a drink like this existed in their menu. Anyway, the girl who made my drink was generous on the taro because there was alot for me to munch on. The cashier on the other hand, named Daniel, needed to fix up on his customer service. Other than being rude, his attitude towards a non-local is totally different from a local. Towards a local, he picks up the straw and places it on top of the cup. And she even asked the local customer if she wanted hers bagged. And to me? Nothing. I picked up my own straw, held the cup along with my heavy grocery bags and left.

Cash, Octopus, VISA and Mastercard are accepted. There is no 10% service fee. I would come back to this and order at this branch only if that rude kid isn't on shift duty. It seems to me that in any job sector, as long as you can speak fluent Cantonese, HR would hire without a care in the "customer service" section.
Note that the smile rating is there because I'm only focusing on the drink and on the service the girl did for me.
