Complain on the sauce

As a first time to buy to their shop, I hope the one who prepare the food ask the customer of the preference on the sauce. I did not know it was wasabi sauce, I hope she could have ask me if I want that or how much I can tolerate before she put as dressing to my salad. I just later found out when I eat the salad coz I thought it was just some mayo sauce or some standard sauce . I feel like I am being punished with overwhelming wasabi sauce and head hurts while eating. Im not a salad person so I

I feel like I am being punished with overwhelming wasabi sauce and head hurts while eating. Im not a salad person so I trust that the shop has the sauce that is tolerable to majority of customer but for my experience it was not at all!!!!btw the branch is in tin hau .
