Seldom posted bar recommendations here but was impressed by Socio's concept and wanted to support them! 👀 Socio is a community-driven bar that uses surplus ingredients sourced from other restaurants. Oyster shells upcycled to add salinity and acidity, accentuated by vinegar. Refreshing with the sparkling wine and passionfruit, but couldn't really taste the yuzu creme brulee it said it has. I guess oyster shell didn't give a particular taste as well (which is a little disappointing) but still appreciated their concept.🦪

Ooh as a bakery fan I had to try this! Again, the upcycled ingredients are not expected to give a particular taste. The salted coconut foam on top was really thick and special.🍞
