First time trying canelé. All my expectation of Canelé arises from “EAT AND TRAVEL WEEKLY 🍎 飲食男女” (saying to play safe). The canelé tastes gently sweet and milky. Nah, the caramel taste is strong but it is not crunchy and crispy enough for the outer wrapping. The butter-coloured interior is alright, shoots through with small bubbles, having the texture of thick pastry cream. But the hint of rum 🍹 is missing (sad for a rum lover). Can be better ~ Gayau❣️

Chill and quite comfy✨ You will see a black fatty cat 🐈⬛ wandering around lmao. Revising for the whole afternoon there (plus discussing with my friend about whether homosexuality is a sin itself), no one requested us to leave. LOL. I guess students are welcome to study there on weekdays (if not really crowded ofc, let's be considerate). No noisy background music.
The staff is quite helpful. Just asked if there’s cable available for charging my laptop 💻 , they volunteered to help. Didn’t really expect that. Pretty lucky today (thanks my leng nui fd 👩🏻)~
