The Jajangmyeon which is also known as black bean noodle is a great comfort food in Korea. It is also one of my favourite dishes to eat at Korean restaurants. Usually the larger chains for some Korean restaurants don’t serve this noodle dish. But the sauce here is very aromatic with chewy noodles to compliment. A great treat to eat during lunchtime and can warm anyone with one bowl of black bean noodle.
