Specialty Dynasty Xiao Long Bao is a must order if it's your first time to this restaurant. It includes one of all kinds of flavor they have: signature original, garlic, crab roe, cheese, black truffle, foie gras, ginseng, and Szechuan. I personally like them all, except cheese. It's just weird to me. Haha...Deep fried scallion pastry was another one of their signature dishes, I think. Haha... it's very Shanghainese, crispy pastry with rich scallion filling. I have to insist again, there is no such thing as fried rice in Shanghai style (just like fried udon in Shanghai style). There is no such thing! Lol... it's fried in soy sauce with a strong taste, I guessed that's why it got this name; as most Shanghai dishes has rich and strong taste. Anyways, it doesn't matter how they named it, it's delicious! Haha... and I loved those shrimps in the rice.

That was not the best stewed sliced fish with Chinese wine sauce I had, but it's not bad too. Silky fish in rich wine sauce, but the sauce was a bit too thick.
