Tried the rouge eclair a few weeks ago and didn't like it.On this visit I was captivated by the coconut eclair.It was really nice because there was a layer of chocolate between the fondant and the eclair which was crisp when you bit into it.In the middle was this delicious light sweet coconut filling that was not too sweet complimented by the lovely dessicated coconut on top.
