龍蝦湯 •Extremely concentrated soup, and perhaps too salty for me. But lobster lovers you definitely shouldn't miss out!

Roasted Rack of Lamb with Mashed Potatoes 紐西蘭燒羊架配薯蓉 $108

•The first and few roasted lamb that was so beyond-words-PERFECT! Texture was so on spot! Favourably tender and succulent! Well executed with the palatable accentuated sauce dipping on the plate, just as good as the lamb!! Really WOWed by the fine quality of the roasted lamb! Really got us devouring out of controlled!
Lobster and Seafood Risotto 龍蝦海鮮意大利飯 $106

•Not a big lobster lover but this dish just brought lobster and seafood to another level! The generous amount of seafood and lobster filled up the plate beautifully! The risotto was flavour-wise too!

•This salmon is a bit dull for it's lacking seasoning, or perhaps a bit too weak in white whine flavouring. The garnish at the sides however, gave a nice compliment to the dish that made it look more vibrant and inviting! Eggplant mash was a rare match but it gave some good moisture to the salmon that was smart!
