The peninsula has a long history. I think their brand says classic, quality, grounded in addition to luxury. This is prolly a mooncake our family received every year and I love it. It came in a box of 8 mini egg custard mooncakes. Not a big fan of mooncakes, just have a little slice most time for the festive atmosphere with family and friends. Just like any other egg custard mooncakes, it taste better putting them in the microwaves for 15 to 30 secs reheat. Ready when there’s just some smoke coming off! The filling is orange, taste rich yolky, a mixture of 奶黃with hint of 鹹蛋黃!
