Came here again in less than a week because I was having lunch with an old friend who isn't a foodie and had never heard of Lab Made nor liquid nitrogen ice cream. So, I had to bring her here.Originally, I had wanted the snowman ice cream but it was sold out so as I had already had the gingerbread one, I ordered the Christmas log.Christmas log ice cream was chestnut ice cream. Originally, I had wanted the snowman ice cream but it was sold out so as I had already had the gingerbread one, I ordered the Christmas log.

Christmas log ice cream was chestnut ice cream. It was rich in chestnut with lots of chestnut chunks mixed in. It was topped with a slice of chocolate Christmas log that was moist and yummy. This was much better than the gingerbread eggnog flavor.
