Sunday 27th of August was a typhoon day! I had a lunch appointment with a group of family friends at Queen's Dining, and thank god Typhoon number 8 was scheduled to go down to T3 just before lunch hours. Queen's Dining was scheduled to open in Typhoon 8 regardless so we were okay! Due to typhoon, the restaurant was quiet and there was no waiting time. We had a nice time inside the very beautifully decorated restaurant. We took our time to go through the menu and ordered a few non-alcoholic drink
Dishes collections on the menu are very interesting indeed! There are a selections of Thai, Vietnamese and Cantonese dishes that are all very appetising! The boneless Thai marinated Chicken Feet was a very nice appetiser to start off with: the refreshing lime and lemon mixed with herbs warm up our tastes buds very nicely. The signature chicken meat was very tender and it was perfect with the signature fried rice with prawns! Another one of my favourites had to be the stir-fried fish dish served with walnuts!!
After our main dishes, the manager introduced to us a great selections of all the Thai desserts prepared and provided by Queen's Dining: Thai Pumpkin Custard, Red Ruby Water Chestnut served with coconut milk and ice (available as desert of the day), and Durian Sticky Rice (only limitedly available). They were all fantastic!!
The downfall of the restaurant would be that it is perhaps a little bit difficult to find as there are no big signs on the streets and directions are more or less rather subtle. Also the Ground Floor shop is still under renovations and is covered by a hoarding. So we need to lookout for the nice little lift lobby dedicated for the restaurant.

题外话/补充资料：
It is perhaps a little bit difficult to find as there are no big signs on the streets and directions are more or less rather subtle. Also the Ground Floor shop is still under renovations and is covered by a hoarding. So we need to lookout for the nice little lift lobby dedicated for the restaurant.
