Arrived before 10pm, not much people in the queue. Ordered egg waffle ($14).The shop is flooded with eggy smell which is mouth-watering. The waffle is made to order and so it is hot reaching your hands. The portion is standard. It looks no way near those "plastic" egg waffle which I scare the most. The crust is crispy and the center is half-filled with chewiness. The shop is flooded with eggy smell which is mouth-watering. 

The waffle is made to order and so it is hot reaching your hands. The portion is standard. It looks no way near those "plastic" egg waffle which I scare the most. The crust is crispy and the center is half-filled with chewiness. It has been long since I last met one which is equally crispy and chewy. My friends said it is a bit short of egg flavour but to me, it is just fine. Not too sweet and not too bland. You can feel that you are having waffles freshly made from eggs.

Will come back to try their 格仔餅. Eggs Bakery well illustrates it is better to focus on a few products you are good at than to create loads of flavours that are not really up to standard.
