Because I live in the area, I used to go to this place once a month at least. At the time, there was nothing particularly bad or good about the quality of the food, so I didn't mind going back. I ordered the garlic butter chicken wings as usual. Throughout these years, there were always 6 wings on a plate, and even the photo display showed 6 wings. But when it came, there were only 5. I asked the store owner why, and he said, "Because these wings are bigger, so there's 5."
Are you kidding me? These wings are the same size as the ones I've been eating the past 2 years. It was very off-putting, and I felt I had been cheated, especially when all the photos and menus indicated there were 6.
I suspect it is their way to save money in light of their diminishing customers. And I can see why.
