In a sudden I wanna have some hot udon tonight so I went to this Japanese udon place. I ordered a big portion beef udon and added additional egg and squid tempura. The egg was half boiled which was very runny, very tempting.The udon was chewy but the beef was a bit under seasoned for my liking.Tempura was so-so as it wasn’t that crispy and hot.
