— Was skeptical at first about this but the flavours really do work out quite well. The croissants were flaky and buttery as usual, and went very well with the Sun Kwai Heung Char Siu that had an even distribution of meat and fat to it. The scrambled eggs were smooth, well seasoned and had a nice fragrance to it, likely coming from the pig fat. This is quite heavy due to the amount of butter and oil in everything combined, so I recommend sharing this!

— Love the concept of this but it was simply too oily for me. I felt like I was swallowing teaspoons of oil eating this 😂 . Once again, the flavours work well together as theres a slight hint of spiciness coming from the XO Sauce. The egg was really smooth but simply too oily.

— Another cute and delicious seasonal creation! I’m a huge fan of anything chestnut, and was eager to try this out. The chestnut cremeux and mousse were smooth, with a rich chestnut taste that wasn’t overly sweet. I loved the addition of their spiced apple compote which had a strong cinnamon taste to it and added texture to the dessert.
Pic 5️⃣: Soufflé Pancake - $65 hkd 🥞
— This has been on their menu for a while now but always been hesitant to try it because I’m not a fan of banana in desserts, however I was pleasantly surprised. This really did taste soufflé pancakes! The airy sponge cake and maple syrup mousse made it more akin to the actual product. The banana and pecan filling accompanied the maple syrup flavour perfectly. The little pat of butter on top made of salted mascarpone cream added a slight saltiness to the dessert which was delicious.
Pic 6️⃣: Blossoming Hot Chocolate - additional $8hkd in combo / $68 hkd (á la carte) 🍫
— This was so cool to look at, the “blossoming” flower is made of marshmallow that melts when submerged in hot liquid causing it to “bloom”. Overall a pleasant drink but too sweet for my preference. Chocolate taste could be a bit richer.
