a set menu of $1280 for dinner, the lobster 🦞 is an add on of over $400. We didn’t go for the wine pairing but ordered a bottle of white to share and had a few glasses of sake to match the lobster toothis was the amuse bouche, very pretty very nicely presented as well, the sauce was poured on after, slightly sour the white stuff had cheese 🧀 in it we think couldn’t remember everything the server said 😂 but this was very refreshingtheir signature sourdough bread 🥯 and some special Spanish olive o

they explained how the asparagus was cut in a spiral shaped so we could taste different textures, if I was a big guy, this dish would be a tease 😂

the lobster was pretty much covered by the high amounts of black truffle shavings 😏 this was a perfect match with our slightly sweet sake

monkbread with a hidden razor clam was certainly interesting 🧐

this pigeon had 3 different flavours of sauces but I wasn’t fond of this meat it tasted a bit gamey if you know what I mean

this ice cream wasn’t too sweet, I liked the different textures but the tea was too bitter for me my friends liked it though.

there was a chocolate type mousse maybe? Underneath an ice cream with some 🍄 the ice cream was way too sweet but the bland mushrooms made things slightly better
