Let me start by talking about the star of the show, the food. The first dish we tried was the Mentaiko cream sauce scallop spaghetti.

The scallops were perfectly cooked and the pasta was al dente, but what really made the dish stand out was the creamy sauce. It had just the right amount of saltiness from the mentaiko and the creaminess was not overpowering.

Next up was the handmade cheeseburger. The patty was juicy and flavorful, and the cheese was melted to perfection.

The brioche bun was slightly toasted, which added a nice crunch to each bite. The burger came with a side of crispy French fries, which were seasoned just right.

Moving on to the drinks, we tried the Shizuoka matcha soy milk and the white peach yuzu tea. The matcha soy milk was rich and creamy, with the perfect balance of bitterness and sweetness. The white peach yuzu tea was refreshing and had a nice citrusy kick to it.

Last but not least, we had the blueberry cheesecake for dessert. The cheesecake was light and fluffy, with just the right amount of sweetness. The blueberries on top added a nice burst of flavor and the crust was buttery and crumbly.

Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal. The Mentaiko cream sauce scallop spaghetti and handmade cheeseburger were both standout dishes, and the drinks and dessert were equally impressive. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu items!
