I had dinner in Red for twice. 1st time: Outdoor - DinnerEnvironment: Nice Harbour View. Good choice if it is not windy. Stand heaters are available. Feel good but they don't have happy hour any more.Wine: they can't sell wine outdoor. You will need to place order and go to get the wine from inside counter yourselves. No one will serve you w/ red of course in this case.$$$: Reasonable for good view and services are okay. Appetizer: Asian platter - good one - must try !!! I love the sauces

Appetizer: Beef cappacinno - good. Fresh and taste was strong enough.
Main: Grilled fish, checken. - ok
2nd time: Indoor - Dinner
Appetizer: Beef cappacinno - not good this time. Standard couldn't be maintained obviously. Slices were too thin and taste was strong enough.
Main : Clams angel hair - Clams are not fresh - Very very bad. Angel hairs are okay.
Main: Grilled fish - still ok but no surprise.
