We came purposely to savour the sweet and sour pork which they claimed use important pork from Spain. The hefty price tag kept our expectation high. The restaurant offered two type of pork, local or imported. The restaurant offered two type of pork, local or imported. There was definitely a big different as the imported one are juicer.  However, the dish was completely spoilt by the chef who'd put too much vinegar in the sauce.  We were speechless... 
Next was the eggplant (aubergine) in claypot. The eggplant were deep fried in oil first. Anyone would know that fresh oil is required for deep frying. . Unfortunately, we could taste the eggplant were deep fried using reused oil. 
The steam rice with crab looks good on picture but it didn't taste as good as it looks. Would be nice if they used more garlic or butter.

The chicken  though was nice. We asked for more spicy  to suit our tastebud.
