As we had 3 friends who were celebrating birthdays in April, a group of decided to get together and celebrate. This year we chose a buffet and Three on Canton was our choice.As we went on a Sunday, the price of the buffet was $588. We used a Citibank discount for a further 20% off so we each paid $520.The layout for Three on Canton was bigger than I had expected. There were stations for hot food, dessert and seafood. The salad station wasn't very big though there was a station for make your own

The layout for Three on Canton was bigger than I had expected. There were stations for hot food, dessert and seafood. The salad station wasn't very big though there was a station for make your own pasta or noodles. I didn't try that but you simply take a bowl, add whatever you want, pass it to the chef who will cook it for you.
As I was busy talking with friends, I neglected to take photos but I did take photos of the seafood because it was a fairly decent selection. The seafood was fresh. Most notably the oysters were freshly shucked and were salty and fresh. Not very creamy but that was the variety they offered.
Dessert was a bit disappointing as nothing truely stood out. I also tried the Chinese double boiled soup and for some reason that just tasted like water.Service was excellent. Empty plates were removed the minute someone got up. They even provided another set of scissors for us when we asked so we could crack open the crab legs easier. For this price for a buffet, it really was pretty good.
