Ok. So I went with my mom and sister. We ordered 3 set lunches, and they COMPLETELY forgot one set lunch. I saw the waitress writing it down too. We allowed her time to write it, and she still forgot. She must be drawing teletubies on the paper. I mean dude, there are 3 ppl, and you expect there to only be 2 set lunches? Use your brain please. The last set came AFTER the other two sets were FINISHED. Fine, you forgot, good job. But lets look at the sets that came. The sets were suppose to come with cold noodles, and the noodles did not come after asking them THREE times every 7-8 mins after our sets were FINISHED. Well I guess the cold noodles just needed 20 minutes to cool down. What's worse? We asked for the bill, and it didn't come until asking them 5 times for it. The waitresses must have an attention/memory span of 30 seconds. It took them 30 mins from the first time we asked them to actually giving us the bill. The fifth time I warned them "If you don't give me the bill, I'm just going to walk out of this restaurant". I am NOT exaggerating, the service is ridiculous. A golden retriever (a dog) can probably give us a better service. The whole lunch took us 2 hours to finish. The eating part was only 20 mins.
The worst has yet to come. When we saw the bill we were SHOCKED. During ordering, I ordered a set of salmon sashimi and it turned out they didn't have it on the menu. The waitress did not warn me about that, served me and didn't mention about the price. You know how much they charged? Here is a comparison: the set lunches were $150 - $180, and they charged me $250 for 7 slices of sashimi! The quality sucked crap, the salmon fat-stripes were thinner than a piece of paper and it has bones too. I can probably buy the same quality at Welcome or Supermarket at 1/10 of the price.
Ok fine, I'm just a COMPLETE RETARD to assume they service SASHIMI at a JAPANESE restaurant. But at least warn me about the price when 7 skinny little sashimi is gonna cost more than 25% of my bill.
You get the picture. Bring your own Golden Retriever to serve you and your nice cozy little packaged Supermarket sashimi if you go to this restaurant.
