有機海鴨蛋I love scrambled eggs and I'd go to wah sing or Australian diary from time to time. This scrambled duck egg was so nicely cooked as it's smooth and fluffy.
喜記正宗炒辣蟹The claws were really big! It was a bit spicy for my liking but my boyfriend liked it very much. Not only did he liked the sweet crab meat but also the flavorful spring onion and fried diced garlic.
蠔皇扣杏鮑菇The king oyster mushroom steak was around half an inch thick and I ate it as if I was having a steak. It's satisfying though it's a vegetarian dish.
香滑流沙包The meal ended with a really lovely custard lava bun. I love chocolate lava cake and for Chinese version this surely satisfied my craving for something gooey and rich!
