Their cakes are REALLY BIG. It's very rare nowadays to see such big cakes. Everywhere is cutting down sizes, but their cakes are still very big. I had their strawberry tart. My God, it was so good. At first I had no expectations for it whatsoever. I thought "$20 for this size of tart, you've got to be kidding..." I had their strawberry tart. My God, it was so good. At first I had no expectations for it whatsoever. I thought "$20 for this size of tart, you've got to be kidding..." But surprisingly, the strawberries were extremely sweet, and trust me, there were a LOT of strawberries. Under was a thin layer of custard. The two combination together matched quite well because the custard wasn't so sweet. The butter tart base was still crunchy. YUM.
The whole thing was just unbelievably delicious. Next time, I would really love to try their chestnut mousse cake.
