I ordered a single scoop chocolate with sprinkles for my niece and was undecided on what flavour to get for myself so I asked the lady if I could try a couple of flavours. The lady at the counter told me that I could not try because it was the weekend (Sunday) and apparently "you can't try on weekends" so I got a single scoop of the banoffee pie which was quite disappointing as had I been able to try it in the first place, I would have selected something else as it was rather too sweet for my li

The lady at the counter told me that I could not try because it was the weekend (Sunday) and apparently "you can't try on weekends" so I got a single scoop of the banoffee pie which was quite disappointing as had I been able to try it in the first place, I would have selected something else as it was rather too sweet for my liking. Also, my sister who was in line after me, was advised by the lady at the counter that she could only try one flavour - so now I'm wondering if the staff are making their own rules up?? I am quite disappointed with their customer service to be frank however the parlour was clean & it was a nice place to cool down. I can't say much about the gelatos as I only had the banoffee one which was rather sweet.
