Best restaurant Ive had

Firstly, the food was exquisite. Fresh and perfectly seasoned and cooked. Not overly seasoned with the flexibilty to adjust ur flavours with its accompanying spice, meat and fish were very fresh and flavourful. The chef Simon Leung was very professional, he explained to us each of his dish when served. The restaurant and fish tank was immaculate, ive never seen a cleaner fish tank in my life seriously. This is my first openrice review cuz im usually too lazy to write one but this is an exception

This is my first openrice review cuz im usually too lazy to write one but this is an exception. Rarely I rate a restaurant 10/10 but this is it. Finally, we stayed for over 2.5hrs, the food was served at a very well pace and I fully enjoyed the experience.

The only thing i regret is not trying the lobster as it looked absolutely impecable. It was served next to us and we were looking at it drooling.
