Yes, it is very hard to get a seat in this hip new burger joint.Is it worth it? Hell yes!I never thought I'd say this, because traditionally I hate burgers. I never thought I'd say this, because traditionally I hate burgers. (I was forced to eat them as a child and have never quite figured out why people are so mad about them... until now!)
The Butchers Club burgers are ground before your very eyes. Good air-dried black angus beef.... The buns are good and hold up well to the heavy patty and there's the usual tomato lettuce and - extremely yummy crispy - bacon and a special sauce that'll have you screaming for more. And the silly canned "Blue Ribbon" beer goes really well with it, too.
There really isn't much to say about this other than that to me, it's the best damn burger I have ever had. And I have been twice now and it's been just as good the second time round.Can't wait to be back. Keep them coming!
