Squid ball noodles (2/10)
Apparently the squid ball was handmade, but it was rather disgusting, even worse than the one you can buy from super market. However, the soup was remarkable, perhaps beef brisket noodles with the broth is a much better bet.

The wings were nicely deep fried, crispy outside and moist inside. The seasoning was great, a good balance of species.

Vietnamese style beef brisket in tomato sauce (4/10)
The beef was tender but the fat was removed for this dish. The tomato sauce was rich and sweet, very delicate. It went perfectly with the rice.

Service was reasonable, even the waiters were rushing because the diners come and go, it was extremely busy. Overall this was very good, and certainly right up there amongst the best Hong Kong Tea house, which are so often disappointing.
