The Cakery (利園二期) (已結業)

I'm usually not a big fan of tarts but these ones are good especially the Rise & Shine (lemon tart) that was refreshing and definitely my favorite.  The Blackout was rich and smooth; the Pistachio Thrill is a must-try whether or not you are a pistachio fan; while the Peanut Butter Cup is like a large size Resse's peanut butter cup which you won't be disappointed.  These vegan tarts are just as good as the traditional ones.  I probably should make another trip there for a few more of these 'devil
