As Ramen goes it does hit the spot! The Tonkotsu soup base is of to high standard. I choose the the black garlic ramen and it was tasty but could have done with even more intense garlic flavour! The pork was great - its a thick cut that was juicy and meaty, though the standard only comes with one piece - could definitely do with another slice!Most of the sets don't come with an egg and so you need to order that separately. So all the extra condiments - whilst not expensive - does add up pretty q

Most of the sets don't come with an egg and so you need to order that separately. So all the extra condiments - whilst not expensive - does add up pretty quickly to a HKD100 plus bowl of ramen and so I would give it 3.5* for Value but it's pretty much on point on most items.
It's definitely a tasty Ramen and so worth trying again if you're in the vicinity.
