Been to Oolaa TKO a few times since I live nearby. I found their service has gone downhill, especially their senior/ manager staff. Today, I ordered takeaway. When arrived for pickup, they took my credit card for ages! Never a word of “sorry for keep you waiting” when home, I found they missed out one of my orders.
